what parts can be fitted to my sierra i hear some granada stuff does is this true ?anything esle ?

Yes the Granada was based on the Sierra.

The Sierra used the same rear suspension setup as the Granny, but the beams are slightly different, in that it has a beam to house the 7.5" diff, where as "normal" Sierra's are 7", barring some 2.0 "Twinky" models.

I can't really see what you are trying to achieve by changing parts over though.
