hi guys

i have required one of the above 60mm intercoolers which i am lookin to fit to my 4x4 saph cosworth.Question is how difficult are they to fit?
any help much appreciated

Doddle to fit, but heavy, cable ties to take the weight if doing on your own are a good help, tie around pipes and to body to hold most of weight, apart from that straightforward fitment.

I've done it all alone with only a jack, like tabetha says you'll need some cable ties, also unbolted the radiator with hoses in place took me about an hour and a half in total

I just fitted my bigger intercooler the other week. I removed the bolts that hold the rad in and cable tide the tad to the pas belt. It was a bit tight to get the cooler in and a bit of a struggle on but i got there in the end. It took me a few hours to fit it.
