So long as it's the correct type, and voltage range, as well as fitting then any would be ok.
The two basic types are Zirconia and Titania, another option is heated or not, this would be indicated by WHITE wire/s.
I use a Bosch 4.2 as I have loads of new ones, saying that it is very rare I have my tech edge afr gauge in the car.
Most go for a heated one, as being up to temp quicker they work sooner from cold starts, most are heated these days anyway, the important wire is the black wire which is SIGNAL, the one giving the reading, but there are so many variations wire colour wise, esp when the yanks and japs get involved.
All you need is a bosch 4 wire, you can certainly use a ford one of the correct type/voltage range that fits, you may well have to change the wires over though, a 3 wire will be heated, and just using the manifold as earth, where as the 4 wire has a seperate earth.
What exactly are you using it for ?, if for CL etc then just get the recommended one, a lot of after market sensors are crap, I have used these in the past, but a company I've had good things from was eco lambda universal ones.
