Default Oil Filter

I have just tried to remove my oil filter and its so tight that when I use the wrench its just crushing the filter and if anyone got any ideas what to do next to remove it would be a great help

A big screwdriver and hammer it through the filter and us it as a lever.

Before doing the above, put on a large jubilee clip as close to the block side as you can, tighten this then knock the adjuster part with a hammer, if this fails do above.

Thank you very much for the replys and managed to get it off today with a oil filter chain wrench

Just make sure you don't use a filter wrench to replace it, they don't need it.
Another trick is to put some really rough emery paper on the filter, as this grips nice.
Although done often I don't like the screwdriver way, any loose material. shards of metal are right in your oil system when done that way.
