Right ive changed the fuse which is number 4 according to the haynes, and tried 3 different switches also a different fan blower. And it still doesnt work, anyone any idears PLEASE!!!!!
Check the fuse actually has a connection, the terminals corrode and so no connection and that there is actually power at one side of the fuse WITH ignition ON. I suspect there is no power assuming all the components you tested with are known to be good.

Had the tester in the connections but nothing, will have to check the fuse holder like you say, hopefully thats it. Thanx for the help fela

Thanx for the advice fela you where right, the fuse wasnt connecting at one side. sorted the connection out and its fine now.
The number 4 fuse does the heater fan, rear wiper, washer jets for fucture reference, might come in handy for someone
