I asked at a few places for these little items with no luck. Anyone have these items or know who has some.

The washers with ABS grooves on them for front hubs of sierra Cosworth, the only ones I have are non abs ones.

The double ended studs that hold on the mounts for front bearings on camshft (4x4 head).
I have three heads and sure enough the one I want to use does not have these studs in it.
I can get some made but prefer proper studs if can be found. I might get front bearing carriers as well, I think I am short a pair of them as well.
