as above , i know when fitting one goes up other goes down so to speak but dont know wich is which and are they same mount for both sides or sided

Assuming they are the same as 2wd sapphy and I'm 100% sure they are, they are handed, just remember they point forwards, they won't interchange with each other anyway the holes mean that they would be easily seen to be wrong.
