Saff electrical problem
A friend of mine said that the cigarette lighter, dash lights and stereo are all run on the same fuse...
Basically these 3 things all failed at once so I think he might be rite...I don't really want to check every fuse and relay if I don't have too so can anyone point me in the direction of the rite fuse/relay to change?

No there is no relay at all for the mentioned things, the cigarette lighter also has it's own separate fuse.
The stereo permanent live is on the same circuit as the clock, the number plate lights are on the same circuit as the dash lights so check if the number plate lights work, if so then the fuse is ok. If no luck I will tell you the fuse numbers, tbh it only takes 5 minutes to check all the fuses in situ with a meter.

So that confirms it then... check fuse 7 (15A) this protects the number plate lights and hence dash to, re the stereo you need to check the two lives as it may be the switched live is wrong, it may just be conincidence with the stereo.

stereo and interior lights are on the same fuse. Look underneath of the fuse box lid and there is a pic of a light facing downwards, this is your interior light. Replace the fuse for that and your radio and interior lights will be back on.

I got confused as I thought it was on same circuit as clock, but in any case won't be that as that fuse also protects central locking so this woulden't be working either, which I would assume it is?
