Rad Fan Switch
#2
Iirc mine came on at 94c and went off at 82c, but don't hold me to that, 2wd cossie.
You can get different temp ones, but a smaller span is what's more needed.
Mine are ecu controlled now, on at 95C off at 92C.

Standard switch closes at 86c degrees and opens at 78c so a massive span, which is what causes problems! MSD sell 'uprated' fan switches green opposed to the red housing these close circa 92c and open around 88c so just a few degrees span. If you have an alloy rad you need the uprated one as the standard one suffers further from a heat sink effect from the alloy end tanks.
