Exclamation Antilag on a gt3076R-wg Good or Bad and best place for setup for 3door?

I am buying a Gt3076R-WG turbo and would like to fit MSD antilag but spoke to someone recently who advised not to fit it to a roller bearing turbo because it will kill it. Is this correct? and can anyone shed anymore light on this please. Also im looking for a set up on a 3 door. anyone know who's best?
thanks kyle

IIRC the roller bearing turbos have a plastic cage that hold the bearings. Excessive heat will melt the plastic and kill the bearings. Just depends how badass MSD anti-lag is and how much excessive heat it produces.
