Evening all,
My car has all running gear and suspension off for resto
And am 1/2 way through blasting off my track rods and the thought occured to me would I be better of
A getting some adjustable ones
B carrying on as its only ever gonna see road use and may see a track once in a blue moon
Have heard/read some horror stories regards adj jobbies breaking is this cos they were cheap tat?
Car has Gaz coilovers (well it did they are now on garage floor)
Also if I stayed with std should I poly bush the track rods
Over n out

20K+ Super Poster.
Depends what sort of ride you want, if going adjustable tca might as well go whole hog and use compression struts, but I would keep the anti roll bar with them if you do.
At the end of the day if you want it ultimate grip handling you will have downsides to it, usually mega harshness, not worth it imo for a once in the blue moon track day, just poly the std ones.
Crap made ones do break, but if done right with correct materials will be much stronger than std.
If keeping std ones defo polybush everything in sight!!, although for turret tops I use group n rubber mounts(909).
