Vacuum hose adaptor

Hi all,
anyone know where i can get hold of the hose adaptors that go into the inlet manifold. I got the main large one but need the other three small ones. (its on a 2wd saph)

any ideas?

i bought brass ones from motorsport places like merlin/burton 1/8npt.
