i do get were u are comeing from over the years they do add up but that dosent include modding it i see that as a different thing as its something i choose to do not something that needed to be done to the car dureing general ownership of it if u had a standard clean well looked after cossie u payed 5000 for and kept it for 4 years i dont think u will have spent another 5000 on it running it as your car this dosent include things like insurance and the obvious as they apply to all cars if your going to turn it into a show car or spend every weekend uder the bonnet tuneing it then fair enougth ownership will cost u

haha, so having just sat and read through this forum, i can only really say thank you. Cheers for having "the war", i feel a sense of pride starting such a debate!
It's got to the point and between the fighting and calming directly answered a few questions. But yer, i earn enough to maintain it - go mental on mods etc nah i doubt it and i'm sure my insurance company wouldn't be keen for a few years more at least. IF i finally get around to buying one, i'll put some pics up and probably continue to ask for guidence as you all seem to know what you're on about.
As always, back to the dreaming!

Good, I'm glad it was entertaining but after all that you're not going to go out and buy one?

So I'll drop another well known saying "good things come to those who wait" a well known phrase but our friend from basingstoke like carlsberg will probably pass a comment on that one too
