with the facelift cars there was no "police" spec door cards they used standard rainbow cloth ones, it was only the seats that were different. The cars not only had no sunroofs they had a very basic covered headlinig with a basic interior light (no delay switches). They were fitted with "police" calibrated speedos and came with no cigarette lighter fitted either.

my frend has a ex cop 4x4 in his garage, it still has the non reflective interia. when u polish the car u can still c where all the stickers was. so there u go theres a 3ed found pall

that was a notts car mate looking at the shield on the rear.
was at a volvo brakers recently in nottingham and there was five police T5 estates in there all smashed up,
also heard about a unmarked scooby that the notts force ownd for all of 3hours befor that ended up on the back of a recovery truck after being pulled out of a ditch

Two men played cat and mouse with police after stealing a pounds 21,000 Ford Sierra Cosworth from the Northumbria Police compound, Newcastle Crown Court was told. It was alleged that Paul Oliver, 22, and Ian Howard, 23, both from North Shields, dodged police by listening in on the car's radio scanner, which they waved at officers as they cruised past them. I blew the headgasket on the second day of driving , and it was booked on the ferry to Ireland that week. Never made the ferry that time but it did get nice new upgraded gaskets etc and a new hybrid turbo.
