i have my cossie on koni shocks and standard height chassis dynamics springs and it handles well on them

to be honest it was a little nicer on the old koni/bayjoo setup but i havent tried any different settings on these i think i did them all 4 clicks from soft and left them but the springs are 225 rears and 400 fronts.. they are not bad at all.. i may go for some softer rears if anything in the future just to try but im happy with them.. didnt even need to bash the inner arch in on the rear like my mate did with his normall gaz coilovers as the springs bowed in on his and rubbed the arch.. mine has solid beam mounts too and still drives nice.. the most difference i noticed was after fitting the 3door hubs on the front.. think i prefered it before..

i only got them really as they were cheap off here.. by the time i sold my old stuff they worked out under Ł200.. and they look nice when the wheels are off .. which is most of the time..

thought so..i have a pic of yours from a good while back now and it was on the newer style,both look the biz.

see now im even more confused..IF and its a very BIG IF i decide to get a set which do i get..infact foook it if i fancy a change im getting a set of sharktooths

Either style were made for saphs m8,they just look so good,get them bought.

Mine on avo coilovers just adjusted it until it looked right the problem with going too low is that when you boot the car and it squats the rear drive shafts foul the chassis legs
