Keep the cooler and go for a smaller turbine on the turbo to cut lag. Keeping temps down is too important.

i get nothing before about 3500rpm then it boosts realy hard its fun but i find you have to change down more to keep the revs in, i done a rwyb at shakespere last week end i found it realy hard to launch, if i launched below 3500 it bogged down anything over 3500 and i got wheel spin into third,

T34.48 or T34.55 dont forget it's not just a case of changing the housing you will need to get a remap/chip to suit the new size.

at stage 3 (330 bhp or there abouts) you will benefit more from a .48 mate rather than the .63. The .63 is good when going above 350 where it is needed, but lower down it has no real benefit and will cause more lag. Always found my t34.48 very fast on spool up.

Assuming these are flywheel figures? if so, there is something wrong. What Boost (PSI/ BAR) was that recorded at?

a t34.63 turbo will piss 380hp all day long (although in your spec you are not going to be getting the most out of the turbo due to the injectors. the injectors will max out before the turbo)

are you running standard compression with standard cams? if so then i think you're car is poorly set up which is why its not driving very nice.

i had t34.55 with siemens blacks and 2 bar/ 30 psi of boost, MSD chip. It drove perfect off boost and came in with a bang, no changing down required.

personally i would ditch the Greens; get a set of siemens 55lbs injectors & MSD chip. Increase the boost pressure to around 32psi (peak) it makes for an awesome road car and feel completely different. You can get as much as 36psi spike but the turbo might not last long.

gt30 isnt needed; you will be wasting your money - yours just isnt set up right in my opinion

You need to change the turbo for a smaller one or the injectors for larger ones. At present they just don't compliment each other.
