drove home from the other halfs this morning. couple miles in, my box decided i wasn't going to go into the rear gears (2,4,R). stopped, had a fiddle, all seemed well. thought it might be a stone got in around or something, as they have layed a load in the backlanes. ![Wall](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/wall.gif)
drove on, all was fine, til the last couple miles. now it will go in gear, but every time the let off the throttle and engine brake, it jumps out![](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/raleur.gif)
so.... syncros or selector fork?![tiff](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/punchballs.gif)

grinds when toy let up the clutch, like its not in fully. and jumps out when its in.
had a blow around with the airline, earlier, and not had it do it since. hoping its just a stone or something

in the early cossys the front nose (clutch release bearing holder) used to back off and the gears started to float around giving the same problems as what your having. Forward gears were fine as the back bearing stoped any float but the back gears 2,4,r were hard to select as they were just moving forward. Any more info you need pm me.
