Default Advice on fitting a RS 500 Style Intercooler

I,ve just recieved a RS500 style intercooler for my 4 x 4 Sapphire. I have not had a good look at how to fit it and was wondering if anyone could offer any advice. Basically, is it easy to remove the old one and fit the new one and am i likely to encounter any problems with anything.
Any help is appreciated.
