Yes, 2wd MT75 will fit 2.9 RWD MT75, same for T9.
BOA PAS pump is identical to DOHC PAS pump, DOHC pump pulley is slightly bigger, will fit though.
You'll need:
loom & ECU
box (V6 T9 or MT75, T9 is dodgy on a 24v, but has better ratios.)
fanswitch & adapter
some fiddling with fuellines. I used rubber fuellines to connect fuelrail to original DOHC hard fuelines (underneath car)
