2wd diff in 4x4 beam?
Looking into getting an adrenaline race and performance adjustable rear beam but its a 4x4 beam. I will be fitting it to a 2wd saph with the 2wd rear diff (7.5 inch)
Im sure i have read people have modded the rear diff to fit the 4x4 (7inch) beam - is this correct andis it just a case of modding the top of the diff casing?
Also im pretty sure but not certain - the trailing arms etc as just the same as 2wd arent they? Therefore will fit a 2wd saph a treat?
Thanks
Mart.

2wd diff top mount is 7.5 inch, 4x4 is 7 inch..... you can lop the difference off of the diff casing or cut and re-weld one of the mounting tags on the beam. As you look at back of the car it's top right hand mount you need to mod.
2wd saph arms are same as 4x4 arms so you're fine there...only ones that are different are 3dr arms (arb mount in diff place).

Dan is correct here, its half inch differents on one side, however I would not advise cutting the diff as unlike the 7" diff the 7.5" is threaded here for a short bolt either side where as the 7" uses 1 long bolt in the top.
