2wd turbo water feed and return pipes
Whats the best and cost effective way to change the 2 water pipes on the turbo.
Already had to fix 1 once before because it split around where the pipe joins onto the banjo fixing. And i've just changed the thermostat gasket and the pipe was really difficult to get it to line up with the connection on the side of the thermostat housing and i don't want to push to hard just incase it splits again.
I've seen that various banjos are available but is there one thats got a fitment so that a coolant rubber hose can just be pushed straight on and do away with the solid pipe.
Cheers

Yes you can get flexy pipes, that have banjo's on the ends with just a pipe on the other to replace both pipes.
Alternately get the pipe silver soldered, vastly better than the crap ford used, I bend mine all over the shop till they are where I want them, you will not be able to break silver solder.
