Default Injectors+chip, ideas?

I have Sierra RS Cosworth, YB2,0, L6 (ECU), 3 bar map sensor, T34 turbo, 3" exhaust etc.
I am looking for bigger injectors like Siemens 3201 (550cc) and a good chip that matches. Or a setup of injectors+chip that gives me appr. 400-420 hp.

I am also looking for Fuel Pressure regulator and Wastegate -31 for my turbine.
Anyone?

your spec is fairly normal; although i dont think you will achieve 420hp on a t34

it sounds like you want a stage 3, so you will need

t34 turbo
minimum 4x4 intercooler but would be better with rs500 style intercooler
3 map bar sensor
-31 actuator
free flowing exhaust is better
siemens black injectors or Bosch 803's (green) or maybe even greys

a chip for this spec is fairly straight forward, the chip you can get from MSD http://www.motorsport-developments.co.uk/ or send Stu @ M Developments a message on here

other companies such as turbosystems can also do this for you http://www.turbosystems.co.uk/ he is also on here as well
"Turbosystems"

you will need to know what exhaust housing you have on your t34. It will either be .48, .55 or .63 as this will make a difference to what chip is provided

The standard fuel pressure regulator is fine, unless it is broken

Cheers
Matt

Thanks Matt!

I have t34+3 bar map sensor+ECU from Sapphire L6,80 mm downpipe and exhaust, AP Racing GroupN Clutch, GroupA dump valve, Eibach racing springs, K/N airfilter, Koni coil-overs, Silocon hoses, GroupA air-intake system, GroupA cooling system,GroupN bushings, Strutbar at front, Rustfree oil reservoir and water reseroir. Short shift gear box and Shiftlight/boost meter from Armtech
I have now Bosch 0 150 280 355 injectors+chip but I am not happy with them.

I am looking for bigger Intercooler but I haven't found one yet.
My Fuel Pressure Valve is broken as well as the Actuator.
And now you guys understand why I am looking for bigger injectors+chip..

Can you advice a good Breaker for Cosworth?

what exhaust housing on the turbo do you have? standard is .48, or it could be .55 or the bigger .63

if you are looking for good quality spares then use "rs500 registrar" (that is his user name on here) or call him on +441751 477766 http://www.cosworthrsspares.co.uk/home.html

i recommend you also rewire your fuel pump circuit for a direct feed from the battery (a must for any cosworth) i have a wiring diagram if you want (send me a message)

355's are light greens and you will be lucky to see 310 bhp with them

I'd go for siemens 55lb blacks and with a T38 and bd14 inlet you should see 410bhp but the 55lb will max out around 420 bhp

Just note the wrong description of the relay it is in fact a changeover relay and not double throw as you don't need double throw.

Agree! I found test for the 355's and they did only 290 cc at 3 bars!
Thanks!

The normal greens as in stage three are 0 280 150 803, or if you want some air injectors like msd sell 0 280 150 842, though these are not air injectors but CNG injectors.
