hi there im buildng a 3dr blind as it were and dont have any pror knowledge. the problem i have is that the standard rad has three outlets. ts the small one from just above the sensor , dunno where it goes and also the one from the bottom radiator pipe on the same side, can anyone tell me what goes where as i have a pile of hoses that came with the car but some could be from other cars. also i want to upgrade to an alloy rad and they all seem to have the small outlet above the sensor why? and how do i do the pipework with the new rad ,cheers

the outlet above the sensor is usualy a blank
its just the 2 big hoses that get used
very simple rad

cheers mate, so where does the hose go from the end of the bottom radiator metal pipe? to the header tank?

i assume you have got a 3dr header tank and not a 4x4 one?
