saph boot install ideas
Hi All
So i am playing with idea of what to do with the boot of my 1990 saph 4x4.
I have 2 12 inch subs and 2 fairly large rockford punch amps, plus a power cap to install.
I want the boot to still be usable to hold a couple of bags so i reackon i should be good losing half the space. O and of course i need to get the spare wheel out
So any ideas or pics?
Plus any advice about the best places to lay the power from the battery and the speaker wires( to the front speakers )

Are they free air subs or enclosed ?, if the were free air just make a frame between each shock tower top and fire at back seat, plenty of room there for amps as well, and would be well protected, losing very little boot space.
Lay the battery cable to amps wire NEG/POS through groomet below battery in bulkhead and along sill inside, just my idea.

The subs are in a sealed box at the moment, but i wat to mount one on each side, myabe build and encloser into the boot on ether side.
So you reacon run the pos up the passneger side of the car, what about running the RCA and the speaker wire from the amp to the front?

Subs don't need to be in passenger area, as said best to keep cables apart, but if using decent cable/screening I have yet to pick up any interference in 25 years, even when bundled together.
