i have brought a block and it has been machiened to have 1mm wire rings round the bores but i keep being told diffrant storys about them some people are saying it has to be a speacial wire and others are sayin you just use 1mm weldin wire or 1mm copper wire.

can some one help me please what is it i should use and where do i get it from as i want to get my car back together

the only wire ive heard of being used is welding wire,seen it being done before with welding wire too!
