diff problem

hi there 1 of the 17 mm bolts that hold the diff mountin to the diff has fooked off

is this a bad thing or should i just change the diff
it will not take another bolt theres no threds left

have you tried to get it hellycoiled ,its a spring thread to replace the original that has stripped.most garage`s should be able to do this for you.

i have another diff i can put in but just cant bearsed to change it or fix it if it wont cause a problem
