Start furthest away from the servo and work your way back, eg:

Back near side
Back off side
Front near side
Front off side.

I bled the brakes of my 4x4 Saph Cossie according to the repair manual. It seemed like all the air came out, and I topped the reservoir to max. Then, having the ignition off, I pressed the brake pedal a couple of times to see it's OK, and now the fluid level is almost an inch above max and has stayed there. Is this normal? Does it do any harm?
