He's dear, I know that... he's always been expensive but does seem to sell good cars, a pal of mine looked as some S2's there but eventually bought one from Well Lane Turbocentre many years ago now.

But 7.5 for an E reg car? I'm not sure I would tbh!

to be honest ive heard good and bad about junc 28 , the car is over priv]ced but then again ive seen rwd cossy go for 8.5k or more , the car there is mere on concourse condition , i was thinking of offering him 7k . but arwise have offered to build me a new engine in a white rwd that has a knackered engine but the shells mint for 5k so then id have a nearly new one for 5k , but the one at junc 28 is a real mint unpainted unpanelled unmessed with minter..... we all no u can buy a car for 4 to 5 k then end up spending another 5k on it so i dont think 7k is that bad for a mint one that needs nothing.

still not sure which way to go , just want a good car

Same as, just weight up pro's and con's of the car mate?? To be honest, you'd be made to pay 7.5k for a 2wd As above 7.5 will get you a mint 3dr.............and 3drs are a harder cossie to get hold of and keep there money all day long

if you think the car is worth the money then buy it,regardless of who is selling it!!

compare it with other cars too just to be sure!

i paid much more than that for mine, and i'm glad i did too, regardless of whether i could get a 3 dr or not!!

I agree firmly with Bud-weis, If you think the car is worth it then go for it. Its your money and your car. I personaly would rather buy a very nice sapphire than a middle of the road 3dr. But i do prefer the saph lol

I also paid near that price for my 2wd sapphire

I have a 3dr rs500 and a saff mate - a pretty mint one at that with 57K on it. If you do a lot of miles or simply enjoy your driving get a saff imo. Noise and comfort levels are simply improved. However, if you want to pose nothing beats a 3door as an attention getter

I know!! The thing I really worry about it I paid 8k for my crappy one 4-5 years ago!!!!!!

I'm not too arsed about spending money on a good one, mine seems canny tbh, 50k and full Ford history etc so I don't feel too cheated... yet lol

Neither am I then as I paid massively LESS than 6k! and before anyone says anything it's spot on, I don't bother with shit, it's not worth it!

In answer to the post, I wouldn't buy from Junkyard 28 if you fucking paid me!
