Default Power V's torque

I'll be fitting a stage 3 conversion soon and was just wondering what I can do to improve the torque of the engine?

run more boost, alter cam timing??

torque is cylinder filling...you just need to get the engine to consume more air, more of the time...

harder than it sounds tho

Torque increases with power so long as the point at which it occurs does not go off scale.
