Default Vernier Pulleys
Do I need adjustable pulleys as I'm running BD10's, 2 of the allen bolts on mine are fucked, one won't tighten up and one of the holes in the allen head has rounded off

Can I just revert back to the standard pulleys.

Phone the manufacturers - I did that about 6 months ago and Kent were happy to send me some new threaded inserts and new bolts for about £10.
