Default Timing Belt - What tension?

To what tension should the timing belt be done to? I've set it so that it can just be turned 90degrees at it's longest point.

However when the engine is revved the belt seems to flap around a bit at this point. Is this normal. I'm sure it probably is, I just need reassuring.

Thanks,
Pete.

That sounds about right, 90 degree turn max in longest run when in the timing position. the belts do flap around a bit due to the valve spring influence on the cams and is normal.
