Mayo in bailey breather

Mayo in bailey breather
I've got a bailey breather on my saff cossie and its got mayo in the breather, does this mean the head gasket has gone, as it doesn't use any water and oil (normal consumption)

alot of little trips will do this m8 its just moister in the tank should not worry to much
