when i did mine it was between 180 and 220 ft/lbs

many thanks all done now.. was bit of a pain as the shitty torque wrench only worked one way round and they have different handed threads... oh well...

passenger side is the other way round, and it's a bit of a shitter because you have to rememr which is which
plenty of times when i've been tightening them up rather than undoing them
