do they come with wiring boxed instructions etc or? reason for sale?

no haven't got boxes or instructions. they were fitted in my track car when i bought it and the car has never been anywhere (only ever idled).
i'm selling because i have just bought all stack gauges.

they come with the wiring (still attached to gauges).

They got sensors with them. And are they the 270 degree sweep or 90 degree.

just the gauge's mate. as for the sweep the first photo shows it.
