Hi me mate has broken his 1991 'J' Reg Mercury Grey FRST. He had lots of plans to fully rebuild it hence stripping it down but due to time and effort the project has been abandoned

Basically hes got the shell fully stripped down replaced the Fuel Filler cap with a new one. The shell needs a little piece of welding by some little rusts spots here and there then sanding down, primer etc and then finally painting.

The parts well hes got a garage full and i dont know where to start from, but heres a list from the top of me head:


1.) RAD (looks in excellent condition but am gonna get it flow-checked just to make sure its all intact)

2.) Front & Rear Heated Screens

3.) Standard Gearbox great condition before it came off the car

4.) S2 LSD gearbox was recently rebuilt by one of his mates i think (I might be keeping this but let me know if your intrested if i dont)

5.) Mint condition engine about 90 odd K on the engine with receipts and service history to prove. (Again i might keep this as i think ive blown mine)

6.) Brand new Baileys Dumpvalve

7.) Magnex full stainless steel exhaust (not sure on the bore or size etc)

8.) Brand new boxed Samco T3 Boost Hoses in Yellow (Again might keep these ideally would like to swap for em for Blue ones as all the rest are blue on me car)

9.) Brand new Stage1 Hybrid T3 turbo only done 10 miles (Again i might need this)

10.) Brand new genuine bonnet from FORD (still got the tags on it)

11.) Old bonnet in grey but i think there was some rust on it gotta check it out

12.) All windows front rears with the rubber hoses and should have the fixings gotta find em in one of them boxes

13.) Orginal Tailgate in grey dont know the condition on it once again gotta check

14.) Smooted tailgate in red but still got the white stuff where it was smooted so i can be painted. Its still got the hole for the rear wiper

15.) 5x original frst wheels with tyres. Need check the condition on em

16.) Brand new boxed clear rear lexus lights

17.) OFAC ECU with the loom, sensors etc

18.) Body kit and bumpers in superb condition

thats all i can think of if there anything that i havent mentioned then let me know and ill see if its there.

Price well am opened to good offers really as i dont really know what to price em out tbh but if theres no intrest then the bits will be goin on eBay.

If no one is intrested in the shell then its gonna be scrapped so pls someone stop an original RS from being scrapped.
