I have a full set of Escort Cosworth parts to build a very competitive race or track car. Parts are not assembled and thus work is required to build the car but almost everything required is available, see the list below...

Escort Cosworth motorsport bodyshell wilth full GRP N cage. This shell is absolutely mint and I do mean mint, you will not find a better one! All panels and floor are straight. The shell has just had a complete external diamond white low bake professional respray at a total cost of over £1500. The underside is freshly coated in black hammerite. Do not confuse this shell with others that have just been stripped or have been lying around for sometime!

A1 Rallysport engine complete with all bolt on items and ECU required to run it. Low comp with grey injectors, BD cams and lightly ported head. Only done about 6000m since full £3000 rebuild by A1 Rallysport, produced 420bhp on first run and 80% boost. You all know how good the A1 engines are!

MT75 4x4 GRP N gearbox with Quaife internals and built by DOME. This gearbox is essential for high power 4wd cars. The gearkit costs £3750+vat from Quaife!

New T34 turbo.

Also avaliable is a current Swansea registered V5 ID to go with the above parts. ID is for a 2.0 litre Ford Escort 3DR Saloon in white, its not a cosworth one but could be used with the above car with out any problems. Floor stamping and under bonnet tags are available, the V5 is in my name.


I am looking to sell all of the items as a complete job lot to give someone the opportunity to build a great competitive race or track car.

My guide price is £10,000 plus, the best offer or even the quickest decent offer over £10,000 gets the whole lot!

I am located in Newbury, Berkshire.

I can deliver the shell for a petrol contribution but you will need a van to collect all the other parts.

Would you consider selling the parts seperately? I would be very interested in the front brakes

I am getting lots of messages about seling inividual parts but I don't have the time to do this at the moment as I am working away in Ireland. If I did sell the parts individually then I guess they would fetch closer to £20k than £10k. This is a great opportunity for someone with the time to build the car or just take the parts and sell the ones they don't want to get their £10k back.

I think this was sold and is now in bits on eBay, a very similar shell was for sale on there, so similar in fact that I recon the description was a copy/paste job.
