Mk3 Capri replacement engine?

How hard is it to fit a BMW 4.6 V8(M62B46) in a Mk3 Capri?

im looking for a massive power hike from my 2.8i and something that doesnt require the bonnet being raised every other day!

would guess as hard as fitting a m60b40 engine,
