mondeo td into a sierra/p100

anyone done this, just using the early mk1/2 mondeo td engine, think it has a bit more poke and a interwarmer as well. I beleive they are the same engine but unsure if the mondeo has much more to it.

Did you get any where with this? I want to do a similar thing but a complete novice to this sort of thing. Could you go more modern with the engine, for instance the 130bhp tdci from the 2002 ish mondeo?
