Hi my mate has a mk4 1.3 escort and he has bought a universal.cone filter will it fit or does he need the carb 1 cheers

Neither tbh, cones are more trouble than there worth generally speaking, especially as it's a 'Universal' one!

i belive mk 4 carb has air filter on top so will need a carb one
