Default Transit 2.4 TDDI DMF non start ???

Would a DMF failure/worn cause a 2.4 tddi engine not to start and would it produce any fault codes ??

If the starter is full of clutch dust then the starter would fail,
some manufactures of the starter like FRIESEN (QH) uprated the dust seal in the starter to stop premature failure.
If the transit is 2000-04 you could think about a solid flywheel replacement.

Cheers Dan but know most of that anyway just trying to work out if this could be the fault before i go ripping the clutch out on my back as its already had injectors, pump, pipes filter & head, sender unit and crank sensor and many hours of head scratching
