hello .... i need a mans advice for my puma 1.6 16v .... I want to start the engine has to change ... let's say a badget initial € 2000 .... what do you recommend? and that would increase hp?thank's

wow yoda. you can turbo a 2.0l or 1.8 for less than €2000.

You could fit a yb but in fwd format its not gonna be great to drive. For rwd or 4x4 setup ur lookin at a lot more cash.
For less than 2k have a 1.7 lump thrown in with frp cams inlet and map and u'll be happy.
Ex missus used to have an frp and yes they may only be around the 150bhp mark but is cracking to drive and sounds great.
Cheap conversion to do using genuine parts so is just a simple nut and bolt job. Use a normal 1.7 ecu and loom and have the ecu reflashed by pumaspeed, puma build or any ford dealer that has an frp map saved to their ids
