Ok.....So far I have on my 2005 Mondeo 115 TDCI.....
Blanked EGR off
De-catted
Evochips Remap
I have also cleaned the EGR out so nice and clean in there, new fuel filter, new OE air filter, and running a load of Millers injection cleaner through, oh and also use Shell V Power diesel.
So.....What next can I do as in trying to release a few more horses, any air box mods? I was thinking about putting a K&N panel filter in but read a normal OE filter is just as good if changed regularly?

Sorry for sounding a bit think here!!
So that is a bigger inter cooler and bigger air filter, say like a K&N 57i? I have read that the cone air filters suffer from heat soak so using a normal air filter is actually better?
