Mk3 mondeo rear hubs
I am looking to change the rear wheel hubs on my mk3 Mondeo, is this a hard job, and do the bolts have to be torqued up ?

Very simple job. Unclip abs sensor and handbrake cable. Remove caliper and disc. Undo 4x bolts holding bearing housing to hub and remove. Soak the bolts in wd40 over night as they can be a pain to get out if seized. It's definitely worth getting new bolts as you'll chew the heads up removing them.
eBay bearings are cheap, and don't last long. I got through a pair in 6 months.

Same as above, guy before i owned the car bought cheap ones because he thought it was the bearings, tho it was sh1te tyres he had put in making the noise.
I ended up having to change them again.
I used BRT bearings or SKF bearings are meant to be good also. They were around £180 IIRC.
Here is a couple pictures. Really easy to change yourself na di got new bolts with the bearings.
