Default os side light not working????

Hi
Checked bulb, checked fuse 33 in the glove box and checked fuse 16 in the engine bay but still no light
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Also does anyone have any tips on removing the power steering loop pipe thingy behind the bumper? Picked up a new one cos ours had cracked but my hubby has spent all day shredding his hands trying to get it off.

Thanks!

Hi what year / mark is the mondeo is it a mk2?

When you say power steering loop thingy i am guessing you mean the power steering fluid cooler?

If so there is a link here that might help, they can be a little bit of a ball ache to change.

Its a mk2 2000. Hubby couldn't get to undo the bolts so he's put it on but cable tied it to the old one. God knows what's happened with the side lights. Its the passenger side light and the tail light but indicators and brake lights and reverse are fine. Changed bulb because it had blown at the front so thought that would fix it but it didn't. Replaced the 7.5 fuses in the glove box and the ones in the engine but they're still out.
Think I'm nearly giving up on it now
Hubby changed the callipers too today and now the handbrake ain't holding when its fully up, tried giving it a few up and downs so it can self adjust but its not having any of it.
