water pump on ST200 noise?
I have a noise from the ST200 on ecceleration and when you pump the throttle on stand still (lift the revs quick)
coming from battery side and sounds a bit erm rattly
could this be a broken propeller on the water pump?
do the 200 come with Plastic ones?

yeah they came with plastic ones as standard, there notorious for breaking on these and doing the headgaskets, change it for a metal impeller one straight away, dont drive it till its done.
first thing i done on mine when i got it lucky my old plastic one was fine,

The early V6 mondys were the ones that had problems with the plastic impeller failing, doesnt seem to be so much of a problem on later cars. they all came with a plastic one as above. mines 02 plate, i changed mine for a metal impeller pump 6 days after i got it because of paranoia over water pump failure, just to play it safe. the metal impeller pumps are cheap, and easy to fit.
