have a s2 and taking it off the road for winter looking at a wee xr2 tomorow night,1986 with manifold and full s/s,i no where to look at on escorts but never had a fiesta before so can any1 tell me the points to look at,thanks alot

battery tray, rear sills, and in the boot under the wood flooring.

theres loads more but thats just the parts that are worst on mine.

and there is always rust under the body kit, try and get a look down to see if thats bad.

inner wings,front panel,boot floor,inner sills,take a phillips srewdriver and take the trim that runs down the door off and lift carpet,but it depends what your paying for it,if paying £200 ish then id expect work but if £1000 then id want a minter,cheers tony
