What are the best performance upgrades for the ST24, currently has a HKS induction kit fitted but otherwise standard.
I have been told that changing the exhaust and manifolds would give a big hike in power, is this true?
Any help appreciated!

Get a hold of ST200 upper and lower inlet manifolds is the next mod, along with the TB as well.
If you can't get a hold of them, spend some time removing yours and clean them up, they get very gummed up in a short time.
Changed the water pump to a metal impellored one yet?
Change the exhaust, yes but it won't give a huge hike in power but it will sounds great. when you do the exhaut it's worth removing the "Y"-pipe and removing the terrible restriction in there when Ford crushes two pipes into one. Takes time, a grinder and a welder but definately worth doing for the last few bhp,

Cheers mate, the water pump has just been done before it was bought with receipt to prove thank god.
I've found an ST200 breaking so I'll get straight on the case with that one.
Cheers

the st220 (mk3) throttle body fits straight on and you dont have to bugger about with the cables like you do with the st200 unit , but if you know where there is a st200 in a breakers then it probably cheaper to go with that than buying new
