few q's as im looking at getting one soon.
what should i look out for (common probs/expensive probs)
it does need a bit for MOT so is it gonna be worth it? ie what are they worth on the road min? / breaking it for spares? / use as a track car?
cheers for any advise

when I bought mine the bottom arms were knackered, the brakes were warped, the speedo and fuel gauge was knacked all belts were brittle and needed replacing, and it had no cooling fan, apart from that it was not too bad,
jacking points are worth checking and I'd have a good look for bad arch repairs
also the fuel tanks go around the join and they can leak if you put more than £10 worth of fuel in, so i'd be ready with the jerry cans the first time you fill it, just in case
the rocker cover gaskets also usually need replacing, at least in my experience anyway
I payed £600 for mine, despite the work it needs, I think it was worth it, others may not
I've always been a believer that if it's your cash and it's what you want then sod what other people think
