Default help! side strips/bumpers

Just wondering if anyone knew the best way of getting these off my xr3i without too much hassel, tried peeling them off but they seem to be stuck pretty well.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Cheers

try using a hot air gun or a hair dryer to harm them up then just peel them back.
if your left with any of the black residue heat it up again and rub it with your finger and it should peel up.

slide a filler spreader under the moulding at one end and slide along this will remove it.then go to a local paint supplier/e bay etc and buy a stripe off disc
its a rubber wheel that fits to a drill and removes any sticky mark
just dont press to hard though or you will burn the paint
