MK5a XR3i cabriolet electric windows, were working, now only the rear windows work and the front passenger and driver side windows fail to operate.
N e 1 have n e ideas where to start please???

OK so i did a bulb test on the switch for the windows on the center console and there is power going to the rear switches but none at all going to the front switches.
Thats about my limit now lmao. where should i look next?

Not familiar with the escy but you will have a master switch in the door, or on centre console etc.
This is your first port of call as it is the one thing common to both front windows to control all four from drivers seat.
If it is anything like sierra it uses a series of power rails inside switch itself to move power where needed, if back ones working you are getting power here, so investigate switching arangement first as it is unlikely that two fronts packed up together.
